Why is DNA’s Bootcamp Different?

FIRST, we track everything at our bootcamp classes! Each bootcamp session your weights/times/distances are recorded so next time your in you know exactly what the goal is that night.

SECOND, your bootcamp workouts are designed on a progression system. Our goal is to help you get better. We design your monthly bootcamp programs with each day of the week complementing the others. This means you aren’t going perform the same workout until the following week.

THIRD, every bootcamp client has the option to perform nutrition and diet. We look at everything from your current meal diary, to your budget, to your time constraints and design a plan with those factors in mind. Our philosophy is to educate the bootcamp client on portion size, macronutrient content (protein, fats and carbs) and what a plate should look like for your body type and your goals. We believe diet should be simple, easy to follow and sustainable long term.

LAST, the first bootcamp class is ALWAYS FREE. We want you to want to be at DNA.

RESULTS ORIENTED & TIME FOR A CHANGE

Classes are designed in 10 week blocks. They are geared with 3 goals in mind; to drop body fat, increase strength and injury prevention.

These classes have been attended by; triathletes, rehab patients, business professionals, executives and weekend warriors. The workouts are designed to strengthen and build muscle from head to toe and those hard to lose areas in between. The workouts are exciting, high energy, and different from anything else you have tried before.

We cater exercises and workouts to our clients. Yes, we have a plan to follow but we accommodate clients with different needs on a daily basis.


The 10 week program includes;
• resistance training
• interval cardio training
• core work
• nutrition consulting


The classes are small and personal. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced, anyone can attend.
